About this deal

Freshly-opened Mexican joint Mezcalito is a one-stop spot for Mexican food and an abundance of mezcal. The interior can only be described as chaotic fun, with Latin American memorabilia plastering the walls. We all have our ‘go to’ wines but it’s also lovely to discover new tastes, some might not have the necessary time/knowledge to slog over choosing – let us do the job . Hidden away atop one of London’s oldest and best-respected restaurants, Upstairs at Rules is a serious delight. Aimee’s Wines without the fuss Club gives you the opportunity to explore new tastes, mixed with your favourites, all at a fixed, discounted price and with the added convenience of being delivered direct to your doorstep.

Since launching in June 2020, Amie has added a red and a white wine to the range, as well as its recently launched organic rosé, Amie x. The bar is high (pun intended), but these are the places where you can always find a delicious drink, stellar service and the kind of atmosphere that puts you at ease.

Practical Tips for Outdoor Drinking in London

Located upstairs from Lyaness at Sea Containers, 12th Knothas the additional allure of being a rooftop view. Interior-wise, it’s a real wild card. One room is a tranquil Kyoto-inspired space, while another sees a huge stained glass mural of Bowie adorning the walls. It’s weird and we love it. It’s a cool hangout spot, with a decent range of local craft beers, wines and spirits on offer and street food eats from the likes of Baba G’s, Nanny Bills and Sugo to munch on alongside. Too much gin can only be a good thing – and don’t the folks at The Distillery know it. Our favourite of their offerings is Gin Tonica, the exceptional bar.

The space itself is petite but beautiful, spilling out onto the courtyard with its pale wooden furnishings, and an appropriately rosé-pink set of stairs that leads up to an intimate little mezzanine floor overlooking it all. And its white walls have been livened up by a smattering of artworks, all of which come from from Art for Charity Collective’s community of artists, and all of which are for sale (with 10% going to amie’s charity partner, charity: water). And be warned, they’ll start to look all the more temping after your second or third glass. Whether you’re getting a fabulous daiquiri or a perfectly poured latte, you can expect to be seriously impressed.Amie has experienced significant growth since its inception, and Roden and Sandbach have extended the range from one rosé to six different wines. The pair are also keen on exports, with established importers in Australia, Norway and Singapore, and plans to launch in the US in July.
